Your mobile account and workspace data.
Genesis: LOT Pro connects to your authorized workspace at best-leadership.app. Account identifiers, organization and role details, missions, conversations, submitted files and support requests are processed by the workspace services described in this policy. Authentication, security and operational logs may include browser or device information, IP addresses and activity times.
- Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. The native app does not include an advertising SDK or request access to contacts, location, camera or microphone.
- Workspace information you type or submit is processed by the services you use, including AI services. Authorized workspace administrators may access organization records according to their permissions.
- Genesis: LOT Pro account deletion is requested separately at best-leadership.app/account-deletion. It does not request deletion of Genesis: LOT, the shared sign-in needed by that product, or an entire organization workspace.
- A request confirmation is not an erasure-completion notice. Your request status and fulfillment response identify what has been completed and any applicable retained records.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Genesis product family owned and operated by LIFTStack, including Personal Access, Business and Consulting Suite, Command Center, AI Brain, and AI Voice. Altrium Holdings Group governs the portfolio. Schiele & Associates owns Circle of Growth™ IP. BearSchiele is the Executive Chairman trust layer and is not a separate delivery company.

Information we may collect.
We collect only the information needed to operate advisory services, engineering delivery, leadership operating systems, platform accounts, proof-backed reporting, support, licensing, and governance. Collection depends on how a visitor, client, partner, licensee, team member, or platform user interacts with the ecosystem.
- Identity and account information, including name, organization, title, email, phone number, account role, billing status, and access permissions.
- Client portal and workflow data, including tasks, proof receipts, scorecards, files, notes, readiness signals, decisions, delivery milestones, and reporting inputs.
- Technical and usage data, including device, browser, log, audit trail, route, API, integration, authentication, and security event information.
- Communication data, including support requests, intake forms, calls, phone-agent interactions, emails, meeting notes, and consent records.
- Commercial data, including subscription tier, license status, purchase intent, proposal status, payment records, and service history.
How information is used.
Data is used to deliver services, protect users, support accounts, operate dashboards and portals, maintain audit trails, generate proof-backed reports, route requests, improve system quality, and uphold governance standards. Altrium does not use personal data as decoration or for vanity automation; data use must support operational value, safety, proof, support, or accountability.
- Provide advisory, leadership, engineering, software, integration, certification, licensing, and platform services.
- Authenticate users, assign role-based access, enforce account boundaries, and protect client information.
- Generate summaries, readiness notes, operating reports, workflow actions, support tickets, and proof packets for human review.
- Detect misuse, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, comply with obligations, and create audit-ready logs.
- Improve platform reliability, decision support, intake quality, automation quality, and client delivery operations.
How AI-supported data is handled.
Genesis Ai Platform™ and connected automation may process inputs to support summaries, routing, dashboards, phone-agent workflows, decision support, proof packets, and accountable next actions. AI support does not replace human responsibility for client commitments, governance decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, or final client-facing approvals.
- AI-assisted outputs are treated as drafts, signals, or support artifacts unless explicitly approved by an authorized human reviewer.
- Access to AI-supported workflows is governed by role, workspace, account, and licensing boundaries.
- Sensitive client information should be handled only through approved portals, approved workflows, and authorized users.
- Logs, prompts, generated drafts, and review outcomes may be retained when needed for security, quality, accountability, or proof.
When information may be shared.
Information may be shared inside the Altrium ecosystem, with approved service providers, with authorized client users, with implementation partners, or where required to protect rights, comply with law, complete requested work, or operate the service. Access should be limited to the role, purpose, and scope required.
- Internal operators and approved contractors may access information only for delivery, support, engineering, governance, or account administration.
- Client administrators may control or receive information tied to their organization, engagement, portal, license, or workspace.
- Technology providers may process information for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, authentication, automation, security, or support.
- Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, security investigation, business transfer, or protection of rights and safety.
Retention, correction, and deletion.
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the services, maintain account records, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, support audit trails, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and preserve proof records. Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable.

- Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, dispute resolution, compliance, audit, or proof obligations.
- Role-based access, account closure, and deletion requests may require verification before action is taken.
Security and governance controls.
Altrium uses administrative, technical, and operational controls intended to protect information. Controls may include role-based access, authentication, audit logs, least-privilege permissions, workspace boundaries, review gates, vendor controls, and incident escalation. No system is risk-free, but the operating standard is prevention, evidence, accountability, and timely response.
- Users are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting devices, and keeping account access limited to authorized users.
