Acceptance of these terms.
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use websites, portals, dashboards, phone agents, advisory services, engineering services, leadership operating systems, licensing programs, SaaS surfaces, or related tools operated by Altrium Holdings Group and its ecosystem. By using the services, you agree to follow these terms and any written contract, order form, license, statement of work, portal rule, or service-specific policy that applies to your account.
- If a signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
- If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
- Do not use the services if you are not authorized or if your use would violate law, contract, policy, or client confidentiality obligations.
What the ecosystem provides.
Altrium Holdings Group coordinates a portfolio of operating surfaces: Schiele & Associates™ for advisory and leadership delivery, LIFTStack for engineering and integrations, Circle of Growth™ for leadership operating system training and licensing, Genesis Ai Platform™ for intelligence and automation, and the Theodore Teddy Bear Schiele founder brand for trust and demand generation. Services may include strategy, consulting, client portals, workflows, software, dashboards, scorecards, automations, AI-supported drafts, reports, and proof systems.
- Services may change, improve, pause, or be discontinued as operating needs, security requirements, or business priorities evolve.
- Some features require account approval, payment, certification, role-based access, or platform configuration before activation.
- Beta, preview, draft, or experimental tools are provided for evaluation and may contain errors or change without notice.
User responsibilities.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, the security of account credentials, and the actions taken under their account or workspace. Access is permissioned by role, account, workspace, license, client relationship, or engagement scope.
- Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, attack infrastructure, upload malware, or use the platform to violate rights or law.
- Client portal users must only upload information they are authorized to provide and must keep confidential information inside approved workflows.
- Altrium may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected misuse, nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, policy breach, or harm to clients, users, partners, or the platform.
AI-supported work requires human judgment.
Genesis Ai Platform™ and related automation may produce drafts, summaries, readiness signals, proof packets, call notes, report drafts, workflow recommendations, or routing suggestions. These outputs are support tools. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, security, compliance, or employment advice unless a separate qualified professional is engaged to provide that advice.
- Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to clients, teams, partners, or third parties.
- AI-supported outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular context without human review.
- Do not enter restricted, unlawful, highly sensitive, or third-party confidential data into unapproved AI workflows.
Commercial terms and subscriptions.
Paid services, subscriptions, licenses, certification programs, implementation work, advisory retainers, platform access, phone-agent services, and custom engineering may be subject to separate pricing, invoices, order forms, statements of work, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, and usage limits.
- Fees are due according to the applicable invoice, checkout, subscription, contract, license, or order form.
- Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, payment failure, chargeback, abuse, or expired licensing.
- Unless a written agreement states otherwise, payments for completed work, activated licenses, custom services, and digital access may be nonrefundable.
Ownership and licensed use.
Altrium Holdings Group, Schiele & Associates™, LIFTStack, Circle of Growth™, Genesis Ai Platform™, related marks, templates, workflows, frameworks, dashboards, software, content, operating logic, and brand assets are owned by their respective owners or licensors. Use of any asset is limited to the permission granted in writing, in-platform, or by an applicable license.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, misrepresent, remove attribution, or create derivative commercial systems from protected Altrium ecosystem assets without written permission.
- Clients retain ownership of their submitted client materials, subject to the rights needed for Altrium to deliver, secure, support, and improve the services.
- Feedback may be used to improve services without creating an obligation to compensate the submitter unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Service limitations.
Services are provided with reasonable operational care, but Altrium does not promise that every website, portal, AI output, integration, dashboard, phone agent, report, or workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every use case.
- Users should keep independent backups of critical records and verify important decisions before action.
- Altrium is not responsible for third-party platforms, external links, third-party models, payment processors, hosting providers, or integrations outside its control.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited by the applicable written agreement or, if none exists, by the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
