A subscription activates the selected entitlement.
Displayed checkout pricing, cadence, included capacity, and plan rights control unless a signed order form or enterprise agreement states otherwise.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Stripe processes payment and provides the secure billing-management path.
- Genesis activates paid entitlements only after verified payment completion.
Cancellation stops the next renewal.
Customers may cancel through the available billing portal or accountable support path. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless fraud, abuse, chargeback, security risk, or a controlling agreement requires earlier restriction.
Refunds require an accountable review.
Except where law or a controlling written agreement requires otherwise, subscription charges are nonrefundable after access is activated. Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or service failures may be reviewed through Genesis support.
Paid rights end; governed records remain controlled.
When paid access ends, Genesis reconciles the account to the remaining eligible tier. Export, retention, deletion, audit, and legal-hold rules continue under the Privacy Policy and controlling agreements.
